SHORT PANTS, People use a short pants for unimportant condition like workout in gym , resting in house when no guest coming , or sometimes a lot of people prefer to using short pants for sleeping than using a PJ's. A lot of people never using short pants for going out, there is a stereotype only kids allowed to using a short pants when they going out and that's why a lot of people tought using short pants to going out is a direspect thing to other people.

But now alot of great designers change the stereotype. They using short pants for their collection , just combine your short pants with something look  "important". For example, you can combine your short pants with a long-sleeve shirt or you can use "flowy" shirt and cover it with your cardigan. Using short pants , can make you look preppy and classic or it can make you look good with ethnic style with some ethnic accesories with you like indian bangle or african necklace.

For not too important condition you can combine your short pants with your polo shirt and use your low cut shoes or you can use your Crocs.  Using short pants didn't mean you not look preppy , you can look preppy too while you using your short pants. You can go to department store or go to simple party while you wearing short pants.
